Job Title: Account Executive, Paid Search (Performance)

Key responsibilities

  • Give meaningful day-to-day support to the team and clients by building trusted relationships
  • Support the Account Manager with the day-to-day running of client accounts as well as addressing challenges.
  • Manage expectations on task delivery accurately through great communication and proactive behaviour
  • Be an expert user of paid search platforms and technologies across advertising, insight and analytics
  • Be able to produce smart, accurate, insight-based search plans, to budget and Scope of Work, working with other team members, partners and platforms to ensure they meet all the requirements and will deliver against the objectives, budgets and timelines
  • Create and manage paid media campaigns as they go live, providing real-time optimisations to refine/expand results
  • Ensure that results are reported with accuracy and that actionable insights are shared for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Reconcile campaigns accurately understanding the contractual commercial models in place
  • Deliver in-flight campaign reports highlighting performance and either course corrections taken or recommended if they need client approval
  • Ensure you are up-to-date with cultural/ social trends and customers’ views and attitudes
  • Perform presentations to clients with enthusiasm and zeal


What we look for

  • 12 to 18 months of experience in Paid Search, ideally in media agencies.
  • A positive mindset.
  • Self-starter with proactive attitude to work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven knowledge of creating social media plans, paid activation, optimisation and reporting.
